This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27495 of 2022 on 11.11.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m and the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of the charge sheet.
