The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to furnish the Chitta, Adangal Extract, A-Register, Plan for the lands comprised in New Survey No.183/5, Old Survey No.135/1P bearing Patta No.89 for the lands situate at No.16, Vengambakkam, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period before and after the initiation of Land Development Plan (Patta Passbook Act) as per the petitioner's representations dated 06.10.2018, 24.11.2018 and 13.12.2018.

2. Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents confirms that the Second Appeal of the petitioner has been taken on file by the 1st respondent and has been registered as SA. No.9522 of 2018. He states that though the normal time frame that is taken for disposal of the Second Appeal would be in the region of six months, bearing in mind the petitioner is a senior citizen, the appeal will be taken up and disposed of as expeditiously as possible, in any event within four (4) months from today.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
