issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 12.01.2024 in D.O.No.03/2024-C2 against the petitioner's husband Ranjithkumar, Male aged 37 years, S/o.Annamalai, who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.976, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 19.02.2024, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands
dismissed as infructuous.
