For Petitioner : M/S.T.RAVI Advocate For Respondent : MR. R. SEKAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 379 & 430 IPC r/w.36(A) MMD Rule, in Crime No.120 of 2017 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have no knowledge about the illegal transportation of sand and he is in no way connected to the said offence. He further submitted that co-accused already released on bail. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there the petitioners are alleged to have transported sand (soudu) illegally. He further submitted that co-accused has already been released on bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the co-accused has already been released on bail, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrateconcerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two

sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
