ORDER

It is seen from the records that on earlier occasions i.e., on 13.02.2024, 19.08.2024 & 02.09.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his counsel. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 10.09.2024 under the caption ''for dismissal''. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.09.2024, again there was no representation for the petitioner. To give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 18.09.2024 i.e., today. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 2/4
