Nos.6 & 7 of 2008 dated 10.12.2018 confirming the judgment and decree passed by the learned District Munsiff at Kothagiri in O.S. Nos.21 of 2014 & 35 of 2015 dated 09.06.2017 and consequently dismiss the suit thereby allowing the above Second Appeal.
