ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the authorities under the Tamil Nadu Taxes (Settlement of Arrears) Act, 2023. An endorsement is also made to that effect.
