JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fees as per the rules to the plaintiff. No costs.
