Respondents PRAYER : The Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the case in Impugned Order in Rc.168/07/A1 dated 25.7.2007 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to sanction the arrears amount of Rs.56,229/- calculated by the 2nd respondent and further direct the 2nd respondent not to recover any amount from the pension payable to the petitioner from the month of August 2007 as ordered in the impugned order and to pay the entire pension amount payable as per various Government Orders for future months.

When the matter is taken up today, there was no representation for the petitioner.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner died on 13.07.2018 and the copy of the death https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

certificate has been annexed with the petition and no steps have been taken by the legal heirs of the petitioner to implead them in the Writ Petition to continue the case.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
