This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.594 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the first respondent submits that this case was registered against the petitioner for the offence under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and upon investigation no truth in the complaint was found and accordingly, the case was referred as mistake of fact. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for adjudication in the instant Criminal Original Petition.
