The application has been filed to permit the applicant herein to withdraw the amount of Rs.18,00,000/-, which is deposited by the respondent in pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 11.09.2018 in O.A. Nos.570 and 571 of 2018 and A. No.4372 of 2019.

2. Now, it appears from the submission of the learned counsel appearing for respondent that the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration Act is pending, challenging the award in A. SR. No.12925/2020. As the award has been already put under challenge, this Court is of the view that this application cannot be ordered. It is well open to the applicant to enforce the award as per law.
