ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.10.2015.

2.Today when the matter was called, it is brought to my notice that with regard to the same occurrence, the petitioner's brother already lodged a complaint, which was taken on file in S.T.C.No.168 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Virudhachalam.

3.In view of the above, the present petition for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registration of complaint may not be proper. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
