Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the panel No.Nil as on 01.01.2008 [signed on 31.03.2008 by the third Respondent] to the limited extent of inclusion of the names of the Respondents 4 to 6 therein and consequently direct the Respondents to include the name of the Petitioners at SI.Nos.2 and 1 respectively and to promote them as Middle School Headmaster in Shoolagiri Union with effect from the date of promotion of their immediate juniors with all consequential benefits.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioners were promoted as High School Head Masters and hence, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to approach the authority concerned for any other claims. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
