This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent /Arcot Municipality to consider the petitioner's representation.

2. According to the petitioner, in an area earmarked for the public purpose is a private lay out and now the second respondent- Municipality is constructing a compost Yard in that place. Hence, he made a representation to the second respondent authority on 09.01.2019. But, that representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
