This petition is filed to condone the delay of 276 days in defect of non-affixing of Court fee of Rs.30/- in the appeal filed in S.A.(SR).No.71126 of 2019 and take on record the Court fee subsequently affixed.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.
