This writ petition is filed to declare G.O.Ms.No.2072 dated 07.08.1986 on the file of the first respondent issued under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act and G.O.Ms.No.1696 dated 14.09.1987 issued Section 6 of the Act as invalid, unconstitutional and nullity.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has died. The learned counsel for the petitioner tried to contact the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are not traceable to give instruction to them. Therefore, the above writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if advised. No costs.
