When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the dispute raised in I.D. No.233 of 2009 pending on the file of the 1st respondent, was settled out of Court. Therefore, the present Writ petition becomes infructuous.

2. Recording the above said submission, this Writ petition is dismissed as 'settled' out of Court between the parties. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
