This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to substitute the respondents 19 to 22 herein as the legal representatives in the place of the deceased respondent-3 and rank them as respondents 19 to 22 in the above W.A.Sr.No.93300 of 2020 and C.M.P.No.14500 of 2020 against W.P.No.27793 of 2005.

2. Heard Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.K.Venkatramani, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 13 and 20 to 22.

3. Though the respondents 14 to 18 and 23 to 25 are served with notice, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered.
