This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24836 of 2022 dated 07.11.2022 that the petitioner should report before the Respondent Police daily at 10:30 A.M until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
