This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings appointing the second respondent as the Executive Officer of Arulmugu Karvannarayasamy temple, situated in Veeerappanchathram, Erode Town, which was issued in the year 2007.

2.When this writ petition was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent has taken charge of Arulmigu Karvannarayasamy temple, situated in Veeerappanchathram, Erode Town in the year 2007, and is maintaining the temple even as on date.

3.In view of the fact that the second respondent has taken charge of Arulmigu Karvannarayasamy temple, situated in Veeerappanchathram, Erode Town in the year 2007 itself, and is maintaining the said temple even as on date, the petitioner is not inclined to proceed further to challenge the impugned proceedings. Hence this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
