This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the FIR in Cr. No.139 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent / complainant and to quash the same.

2. Heard Mr. V.K. Sakthivel, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that case and counter case were investigated in Cr. No.138 of 2023 and 139 of 2023 and investigation is completed in both the cases. Draft final report is also ready.

4. In view of the above, relief sought for in this petition cannot be 2/4

granted by this Court. The final report shall be filed in both the cases in 4 weeks.
