ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to rectify the revenue records pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioners' representation dated 30.11.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners seek for joint patta in the name of the petitioners and the respondents 5 to 7 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioners seek for rectification of the revenue records as prayed for in this writ petition. The petitioners had given a representation on 30.11.2021 with the official respondents for the same. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 7, notice to the respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners' representation, seeking for rectification of the revenue records pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 7 as well as any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representation dated 30.11.2021, seeking for rectification of the revenue records pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 7 as well as any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, W.M.P. No.2330 of 2026 is ordered subject to payment of separate Court fee and W.M.P. No.2332 of 2026 is closed.
