2. In a suit, there are eight reliefs sought by the plaintiff. The defendant has taken out two applications, one for referring the dispute to Arbitration with regard to five reliefs and other for rejecting the plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC. The trial Court has allowed the Application under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and has held that 5 out of 8 prayers sought in the suit are arbitrable and as regards the remaining three reliefs, it allowed the other application and rejected the plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC.

3. This Court has stayed the order dated 16.12.2021 passed under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
