Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records of the proceedings of the 1st respondent in File No.L/25132 of 2006 in grant of planning approval in S.F.No.138/2 Nandambakkam Town Panchayat, Kancheepuram District to the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to suspend the building permision till the 4th respondent obtains access approach road to an extent of 40' feet in S.F.No.131, 136/2 Nandambakkam from main Poonamallee High Road to S.F.No.138/2 as per the directions of orders of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.15845 of 2006 dated 01.02.2007 as confirmed in W.A.No.213/2007 dated 23.02.2007.
