O R D E R

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2018 in the light of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 24.03.2017.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given the representation as early as on 19.02.2018 to pass orders in the light of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 24.03.2017, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.

4.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 19.02.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame.

5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2018 in the light of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 24.03.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
