This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition of depositing a sum of Rs.75,000/- as nonrefundable deposit on the ground that the vehicle worth itself is Rs.1,00,000/- now.

2. Heard both sides.

A perusal of the order dated 07.01.2020 passed by this Court in the above Criminal Revision Case would disclose that sparingly and cautiously only the Revisional Power has been exercised by this Court and the said order was passed with the conditions mentioned therein. Necessary leniency has been shown by this Court to the petitioner while passing the said order. Hence this Court is of the view that the order dated 07.01.2020 does not require any modification. Hence this petition is dismissed. It is made clear that the order dated 07.01.2020 passed in the above Revision Case shall stand unaltered.
