Side) C O M M O N O R D E R The writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respective first respondent to comply with the relief sought by the petitioner in her representation dated 29.08.2023 within a specified time.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner worked as a Nutritionist in the clinic run by one Ramkumar and later she married him in the year 2007 and they have a son namely, Rajesh. Subsequently, there was matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and her husband. Thereafter, the petitioner's husband with the help of Child Welfare Committee made their son to 2/5
lodge a complaint as against the petitioner and one Arun Pandiyan and a criminal case was registered against the petitioner and the petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.6962 of 2024 and the said petition was allowed by this Court on 25.04.2024. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking to conduct enquiry against the members of CWC and to take appropriate action against the erring officials, however, there is no response. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 4 submitted that after the petitioner's complaint, detailed enquiry was conducted and the Child Welfare Committee at the relevant point of time was removed and thereafter new Child Welfare Committee was formed vide G.O.(D) No.256, Social Welfare and Women Empowerment [SW5(1)] Department, dated 14.10.2025 and hence nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 4 is recorded. 3/5
