Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to count 50% of service of petitioners rendered in consolidated pay from the original date of appointment along with regular service for the purpose of calculating qualifying service for pension in the light of the judgment dated 16.04.2009 in W.P.No. 39177 of 2002 and grant all monetary benefits including pension and gratuity.

O R D E R
The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to count 50% of service of petitioners rendered in consolidated pay from the original date of appointment along with regular service for the purpose of calculating qualifying service for pension.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the Government already considered the issue in favour of the Vacational Training Instructors and issued G.O.Ms.No.194, School Education Department, dated 12.09.2018.
3. Thus, the respondents are directed to extend the benefit issued in G.O.Ms.No.194, to the petitioners as per the terms and conditions of the Government Order and consider the claim of the writ petitioners in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.194, School Education Department.
