ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the 1st respondent and quash the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 14.11.2019 bearing Letter No.088411/712/G.59/G.591/2019 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently, direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in the office of the 4th respondent. Page No.2 of 4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 06.11.2023 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the above Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition has been listed today under the caption for "withdrawal". When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to permit him to withdraw this Petition and he made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the letter dated 06.11.2023 and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
