JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Writ Appeal has been filed, challenging the order made in W.P.No.25621 of 2015, dated 24.08.2015, by which the Writ Court declined, to interfere with the show cause notice bearing Ref. C.No.V/72/15/125/2014 C.Ex.AdJ.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.Anupama Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that on 13/10/2015, a Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, passed an interim order. Thereafter, show cause notice has ended in favour of the assessee.

3. Placing on record the abovesaid submission, Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
