Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus after calling for the concerned records from the first respondent, quash the award passed by the first respondent Labour Court in I.D.No.93 of 2012 dated 23.10.2017, insofar as awarding compensation of Rs.1,50,000/- instead of the relief of reinstatement with full backwages, continuity of service and all other benefits as illegal, arbitrary and contrary and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner with full backwages, continuity of service and all other benefits, award cost.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, settlement was made under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 between the petitioner and the Management. In view of the settlement made, no further adjudication is required and accordingly cause arose for filing of the writ petition became vanished.

2.Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. This apart, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also submitted a letter dated 10.09.2019, to withdraw the writ petition. The said letter is also taken on record.
