The petitioner has challenged order dated 02.06.2003 appointing a fit person for the Arulmighu Sri Choleeswarar Temple, Coimbatore, arrayed as R5.

Mr.Sithirai Anandam, learned counsel for R5 states that presently the Temple is being administered by an Executive Officer, appointed by order dated 25.11.2019. There was no miscellaneous petition filed seeking interim relief and as such, and with the elapse of time, this writ petition is rendered infructuous. Nothing survives as far as the challenge to order dated 02.06.2003 is concerned.
