Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st and 2nd respondents from disbursing the award in favour of 4th respondent in the subject matter of acquisition property to an extent of 99 cents in Survey No.2/3A, 2/3B, 2/3C, 2/3D, 2/3E, 2/3F, 2/3G and 2/3H in Mangalam Village, Nemili Taluk, Vellore District by virtue of the Sale Deed Document No.4087/2009 dated 09.06.2009 on the file of the SRO, Kaveripakkam as claimed by the petitioner in the representation dated 05.12.2018 to the 2nd respondent in a time bound period.
