Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to furnish security to the suit claim, in default, to attach immovable property, the present applications have been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that on or before 31.12.2016, a sum of Rs.5 lakhs will be paid to the applicant and another sum of Rs.10 lakhs will be paid on or before 31.01.2017. He also submits that a further sum of Rs.10 lakhs will be paid on or before 28.02.2017.
