O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents not to locate any Wine Shop near Thenampalayam, Rasipalayam main road at Arasur Village, Sulur taluk as per the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When this Court heard the matter for admission on 18.04.2017, the learned Government Advocate was directed to take instructions and also directed the respondents to maintain status quo as on that date.

3. Today when the matter is taken for further hearing the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the second respondent submitted that the proposal to locate a wine shop at the disputed site has already been dropped and therefore the petitioner cannot have any grievance.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the above submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General may be recorded and the writ petition may be closed.

5. Considering the above said facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side the writ petition is disposed of by recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Advocate General.
