C.M.P.No.12724 of 2016 in C.M.A. SR No.35588 of 2016 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent, submitted that he has no objection to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the present civil miscellaneous appeal. Hence this petition is allowed.

2. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order, post the same on 17.12.2019 and print the name of Mr.T.M.Pappiah, Special Government Pleader for respondent in the cause list.
