This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sirkali, in D.No.248 of 2019 dated 28.02.2019. 2.It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.3182 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 05.02.2018, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in D.V.C.No.26 of 2017, within a period of three months. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sirkali, has sent communication dated 28.02.2019 in D.No.248 of 2019, narrating the sequence of proceedings in D.V.C.No.26 of 2017 and sought further period of three months time to complete the trial in the said case.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to complete the trial in D.V.C.No.26 of 2017 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 29.04.2019 rna http://www.judis.nic.in
