Vigneswaran v. Vasudevan

C.M.P.Nos.2099 & 2102 of 2021 in C.M.A.SR.No.2429 of 2021 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

These petitions are filed to declare the petitioner in C.M.P.No.2099 of 2021/Vigneswaran, son of Patchamal as major and discharge the natural guardian, Patchamal from the guardianship of her son Vigneswaran.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has produced a copy of his Birth Certificate to prove that he attained majority and the learned counsel has file the same in the typed set of papers.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the document filed in the typed set of papers, these petitions are ordered accordingly.
