impugned order of the 5th respondent bearing F.No.S.Mic.03/2008EDC dated 25.04.2008 and quash the same and directing the 4th and 5th respondents herein to grant permission to the petitioner for exporting 4400 Metric Tons of Indian Non-Basmathi rice pursuant to the Contract No.SLT/LE/RICE/012/2007-08 dated 09.01.2008 entered into M/s.Sunil Traders, No.57, 5th cross street, Colombo-11, Sri Lanka.
