ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 20.06.2016, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.8105 of 2016 in favour of A2 and A3, in Crime No.37 of 2016.

2. On perusal of records, it is seen that the order was passed in the year 2016. After lapse of four years, this Court cannot consider the prayer sought for by the petitioner.

3. However, it is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the accused person has complied with the conditions imposed by the trial Court. Therefore, no grounds is made out to cancel the bail of A2 and A3.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
