JUDGMENT

(delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed, challenging the judgment and decree dated 17 June 2015 rendered in I.A.No.3436 of 2012 in O.P.No.3811 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai.

2.With the consent of the parties, on 07 September 2015, a Division Bench of this Court, referred this matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3.Today, it is reported that the dispute has been settled by Mediation Agreement dated 30 September 2015. The said Mediation Report is submitted before this Court. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Appeal.
