This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court on 13.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.18638 of in Crl.O.P.No.28163 of 2019 by modifying the condition that the petitioner shall report before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, Mannargudi.

3. Enough leniency has been shown to this petitioner twice. Hence, this petition is dismissed. It is made clear that order dated 13.01.2020 shall hold good.
