On the last hearing date i.e., on 24.01.2020, the learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner has already withdrawn the amount lying to the credit of his savings bank account maintained by the third respondent and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3. Since there is no representation on the side of the petitioner, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
