Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned proceedings dated 09.10.2013 in Na.Ka.No.0158/A3/2013, on the file of the 2nd respondent, and quash the same, directing the respondents to grant recognition for a period of three years, from 01.10.2012 to 30.09.2015 under the Code of Regulations of Matriculation Schools, for the San Jose Matric.Hr.Sec.School, kattoor, Mettupalayam-641 305.

O R D E R

The order impugned dated 09.10.2013, in respect of the certificate of recognition granted to the writ petitioner/School from 01.10.2012 to 30.09.2015, is under challenge. However, the recognition granted was already expired. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that condition stipulated in the said recognition order has also been set aside. This apart, the order impugned also states that recognition granted ends on 31.05.2014. Thus, if any grievance exist to the writ petitioner, they are at liberty to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.

The writ petition is closed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
