This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The respondents 1 and 2 have been duly served and they are represented by Mr.P. Nehru, learned counsel and he has not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the main appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 02.11.2021.
