Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S L.MAHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is the second bail application of the petitioner. Earlier this Court, in Crl.M.P.No.10625 of 2017, by order dated 07.08.2018, dismissed the petitioner's first bail application.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is ready to argue the main appeal. He further submitted that the petitioner is already in prison for more than 4 1⁄2 years. The maximum sentence is for 10 years and almost 50% of the sentence period is completed. Hence, sought for bail.

3. This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, in view of no change in the circumstances. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
