The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.12415 of 2006, dated 15.03.2016.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that already the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has modified the order passed by the learned Single Judge and granted more time for implementation of the order.
