2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the matters relating to Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited were transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal pursuant to the notification dated 31.10.2008 issued under section 14 (2) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

3. Since, the writ petition stands transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Registry is directed to delete the writ petition from the pendency list of this Court.
