This matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Heard both sides.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Mr.A.N.R.Jayaprathap, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner, on 09.01.2019 when W.P.No.28180 of 2007 was taken-up for final disposal and hence, the learned counsel requests to print the name of Mr.A.N.R.Jayaprathap in the name of Ms.R.Hemalatha.

4. In view of the said submission and the mistake being inadvertent, wherever the name of "Ms.R.Hemalatha" found in the order dated 09.01.2019 in W.P.No.28180 of 2007, the name of "Mr.A.N.R.Jayaprathap" may be printed. It is made clear that except the said correction in the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in all other respects, the order, dated 09.01.2019 passed in the above writ petition shall hold good / remain unaltered.
