COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the award passed by the first respondent in various Industrial Disputes dated 09.08.2010 and 09.08.2011 in so far as the first respondent had denied the petitioners' claim for back wages and all other attendant benefits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the matter has been settled out of the Court. Therefore, nothing survives in these petitions for further adjudication.

3. Recorded the above submission, these writ petitions are closed. No costs.
